a.The stuff barrel is made of 38CrMoA1A. It also undergoes the process of nitriding technics.
b.The depth for nitriding stem is 0.5?.6mm,rigidity（HV）800~900, surface roughness rate Ra≤0.8;
c.The depth for stuff cylinder is 0.5?.7mm,rigidity over（HV）950, inner surface roughness Ra≤1.6;
d.Gear box adopts driving of hard tooth and inclined tooth surface made by Jiangyin Gear Box Company Ltd,the gear undergoes the cementite process of 20CrMnTi, the gear for distributor box adopts 38CrMoA1A nitriding process, the axle is made of 40Cr material. The pushing bearing for the distributor uses the haerbin bearing, which runs smoothly and stably.
e.The power of the main motor is the 37KW. The max production capacity is 120-140kg/h.
f.The cooling system for stuff cylinder adopts air cooling, the screw cooling uses cycling oil cooling in the inner bore, and the heater gasket introduce casting aluminum, heating power is 32kw.
g.The main motor adopts frequency conversion device which has the function of speed adjusting made by Japan, the main motor voltage is 380V, three-phase, the permitted power ranges ±15%, temperature controller uses the imported one made by Japan RKC, the tolerance ranges ±1°C, the measuring components adopt thermocouple. The low-pressure device is bought from SIMENS with good arrangement of wires, good division color and accuracy tab, which guarantee good quality.
h.It equipped with water circle type vacuum exhaust device, the vacuum power is 2.2kw, the vacuum degree is 0.093Mpa.
The main machine can be adjusted with the material feeder synchronous, and can be operated separately. The mainframe adopts current over-loading protection device.
