1.Scribe of the main process steps
1)Packing material－compound paper roll for packing;
2)Strap sticking machine－to stick the plastic strap on one side of the paper;
3)Middle seam sticking－the paper is drummed，its two wings is pressed together while the plastic strap sticks in the middle seam of it.
4)Bottom sealing－a ultrasound deviser will seal the bottoms of the boxes.
5)Cutting－cut down the bottom of the box for the following forming to a container.
6)Forming－two sucker will open the bags , then slip them on the box to the gear of the dabber，and fold the angle of the bottom ,then a heater will heat the surface of the inside bottom to stick it stable.
7)Aseptic air heating－the boxes will aseptic by H2O2，so this part will steam the last H2O2 and make a further aseptic.
8)Beverage tank－the beverage material stored in this tank and prepared to be feat to the boxes.
9)Valve for beverage material supplying－it is controlled by a liquid control equipment to ensure the material could feeding continuously.
10)Feeding －the material is feat with fixed quantity, it can ensure the same volume of the feeding.
11)Top sealing－the top of the boxes will be sealed and two angles of it will be folded to the sides well by a ultrasound sealing equipment.
12)All ready－the finished products will be pushed out by a push rod.

1.The packing paper bags are sterilized in the aseptic case by hot H2O2 solution spray which has pressure in to keep dirty air away and then steamed into air and flow out, this step will ensure that the packing paper is aseptic before filling, and decides the shelf life of the final products.
2.This machine uses continues filling system, the filling volume is controlled by large screen PLC auto control system, this will ensure the filling to be more precise and more convenient to adjust.
3.all the inside surface of pipes and parts for beverage feeding, are made of high quality stainless steel, the controlling valve which contact with beverage uses aseptic diaphragm control valve.
